My work with you begins with identifying your strengths and goals, your dreams and desires and how to get the life you want and deserve. Next we will examine the struggles, symptoms, and together create your treatment goals.
I am comfortable and have varying levels of experience with issues including: addictions, trauma, suicide ideation, grief, parenting, communication, anger, marriage, post-traumatic stress, LGBTQQA, co-dependency, divorce, step-families, disabilities, military, life coaching and much more. My style is client centered and strength based. Some of the theoretic work I use is CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Ego State, Solution Focused, Erickson, Maslow, and Gottman, to name a few. I use my life, professional, and instinctual experiences, to meet you where you are, and to work as a team.
My goal as a therapist is to support others as they discover ways to navigate their complex worlds in order to live happier and healthier lives. I believe that all aspects of our lives are interrelated and thus a holistic approach to wellness is most effective. As a team we will work together to identify your: strengths, goals, obstacles, beliefs, fears, hopes and resources to illuminate the path to your peaceful, loving journey through your successful life.
