I serve a variety of ages covering a diverse range of mental health and emotional concerns. I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents between the ages of 10-17, including those in the foster care/adoption and juvenile justice systems. These concerns range anywhere from adjustment difficulties to the effects of abuse and neglect, including, but not limited to parental conflict, anger management, depression, bullying, homelessness, drug abuse, grief and loss, and anxiety. My work with adults (18+) is very similar, but also includes marriage struggles, life transitions, and faith, to name just a few.
I am also certified in CBT-I (cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia). I can offer practical and therapeutic aid in overcoming your sleep issues. It is my belief that no topic is too heavy or insignificant. As a counselor, it is my privilege to provide an empathetic, objective, and healthy environment for you to explore what matters most in your life.
