Life is complex with many layers. The aim of my approach is to work with you towards enhancing your experiencing of life, increasing its meaningfulness, and improving its alignment with your values. We will work in a collaborative and authentic way to confront and address the real challenges and struggles you currently face, including framing your experiences with curiosity and empathy rather than judgement.

I have worked with a variety of people on a variety of issues. I offer therapy that is primarily existential and interpersonal, drawing on parts of other approaches to augment the therapeutic experience. I am a licensed therapist in Utah and California.
