I work with clients in a collaborative way as we explore and confront the real challenges and struggles you currently face. I believe this requires intentional effort to understand with curiosity and empathy rather than judgement your lived experiences, and to interact with you in an authentic and real way. Life is complex with many layers, and so is therapy. I don't pretend to provide 'right answers' and quick remedies. Rather, I assist in guiding your inner-work towards experiencing life in a way that is meaningful to you and aligns with your values.
I have worked with a variety of people on a variety of issues. I offer therapy that is primarily existential and interpersonal, drawing on parts of other approaches to augment the therapeutic experience. I am a licensed therapist in Utah and California.
