Together, we make sense of what’s been heavy, explore patterns, and build tools to help you feel more grounded, clear, and aligned in your life.
I’m a therapist and social work professor offering affirming, culturally responsive care. My approach is collaborative and relational, drawing from narrative, cultural, and trauma-informed practices. I hold space each session for you—whether that’s processing emotions, exploring identity, or building practical skills for change.
