Hello, My practice is completely virtual at this time. Although I have specialized training in perinatal mental health, in general I enjoy working with individuals through various life transitions. Whether it be entering adulthood, struggling with relationships, transitions after a marriage or as children go through various developmental stages; I support clients in building on their strengths and accessing supports and resources in their community and environment. Through exploration of childhood experiences, attachment, love language, and life traumas, I help clients learn about themselves, set and achieve goals.
I specialize in working with individuals who are experiencing struggles during their journey to becoming parents. Perinatal Mood Disorders can strike heterosexuals, homosexuals, surrogates, adoptive parents, foster parents, those experiencing fertility challenges, or those who have had a loss of pregnancy or child. Pregnancy and parenthood can be difficult.
During my years practicing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I have experience working with individuals encountering mood and thought disorders. I have worked with individuals in crisis and individuals addressing ongoing life issues. Please call or email to see how I can best help you today!
