My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, meaning I believe you are the expert on your own life. I prioritize creating a safe, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment where you feel seen, heard, and respected. From this foundation, I integrate EMDR and Narrative Therapy, along with the comfort of my therapy dog, to help process traumatic experiences, reduce emotional distress, and strengthen relational patterns. Together, we work to increase self-awareness, build emotional regulation skills, and foster meaningful, lasting change.
As a trauma-informed, EMDR-trained Registered Marriage and Family Therapy Intern, I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in painful patterns, overwhelmed by past experiences, or disconnected in their relationships. Many of my clients are navigating betrayal trauma, childhood wounds, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, or major life transitions.
