I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who offers a compassionate, integrative approach to care - attentive to the ways mental health, nutrition, physiology, relationships, and lived experience influence one another. I work with adolescents (15 and older), adults, couples, and families, walking alongside clients through trauma, stress, emotional overwhelm, and relational challenges.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Texas and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from LeTourneau University.
I have completed certification in integrative mental health care, with a focus on nutrition and mental health. I am also pursuing doctoral studies in Health Psychology. My clinical work is trauma-informed and draws from EMDR Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
I believe meaningful healing happens when care honors the whole person. Therapy is collaborative - creating space for clients to better understand their internal systems, restore balance, and move toward greater alignment and well-being.
