Participants will learn how to connect with their inner child and heal the wounded parts of themselves that affect how they currently show up in relationships with friends, family, and partners. Group sessions will utilize somatic tools, mindfulness, and self-compassion to soothe their inner child and support their inner teenager to foster healing and growth.
