Hi, I'm Cortney and I'm here to help. I believe the foundation for success in therapy is rooted in the therapeutic alliance between therapist and client. In this partnership, I bring authenticity, empathetic understanding and compassion. My approach is intentional, eclectic, and strengths based to best suit your needs as we move through this journey together. It is my genuine belief that everyone is the expert on their own life, but often times we need a little bit of help to unlock our greatness. I hope to be that help for you.
I have worked with neurodiverse individuals for more than 12 years and have adapted traditional modalities in order to suit the specific needs of this group. I am trained in EMDR Therapy and I utilize these unique strategies to work through/process complex trauma and PTSD related symptoms.
I strive to provide a safe, supportive, & affirming environment for the 2SLGBTQ+ community. I believe innately, we are whole as we are, but sometimes life's challenges & circumstances can prevent us from being able to access our full selves. I hope to support you in accessing your authentic self as you move towards healing. I'm ready when you are.
