Also, advocating for people who feel they do not have a voice is important to me and is what I strive to accomplish. My treatment focus is on reducing the stigma of seeking mental health services by using an integrative therapeutic approach.
This includes a collaborative experience that’s tailored to you, not a one-size-fits-all approach. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment for my clients.I work with teenagers and adults dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or just feeling stuck.
