Typically, I counsel within a holistic and existential framework. I am a licensed professional counselor and a registered art therapist. I specialize working with anxiety, depression, trauma, mood and personality disorders, identity confusion, LGBTQIA+ and non-conforming folks, as well as other adjustment and transitional concerns.
