I work with people in recovery, guiding them through shame and self-acceptance, creating routines of self-care, and breaking old patterns that lead to old behaviors. I have also worked as a TV writer, navigating the entertainment industry, so I work well with people who are building and working to sustain a creative career. I also work with young athletes.
My empathy and compassion offer a welcoming and nonjudgmental environment and safe space in which to open up and share your journey and subsequent emotional experiences.
