I am a licensed clinical social worker and I specialize in working with people navigating anxiety, depression and trauma.
These are deeply human experiences and I believe healing begins with connection and compassion.
I understand how early attachment patterns and learned coping mechanisms can shape the way we relate to ourselves and others. I offer a safe, supportive space where we explore the patterns and coping mechanisms that are no longer serving you and may be keeping you stuck. We'll work together to create change, positive self-regard and new pathways forward.
I pull from EMDR, CBT, Family Systems, Attachment, Mindfulness Based and Trauma Informed theories to focus on identifying strengths and resiliency. We'll look at current and past experiences that have shaped and wounded you. I use my 25 yrs of experience, training and knowledge to guide individuals as they learn about themselves, heal and grow.
I bring a warm, person-centered approach, integrating multiple evidenced based modalities to meet your unique needs. My work is grounded in identifying your strengths and resilience.
