I work with children, adolescents, and adults seeking therapeutic treatment and psychological evaluations. The goal of treatment is to assist the individual in actualizing their potential through a strengths-based approach to cognitive behavioral techniques. It's important that each person understands their worth and utilizes the tools learned in therapy in their daily lives. In addition to individual therapy, I am also able to offer diagnostic evaluations and psychological testing as a means to understand complex issues and formulate the most appropriate treatment plan for each individual.
I have extensive experience working with individuals using various evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to address varying symptoms related to developmental disorders, anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, and trauma.
I strive to provide an approachable and relaxed atmosphere for children, teens, and young adults to collaborate and work together to reach a common goal. It's important to me that each individual involved in therapy feels empowered. We'll work together to use your strengths to address any needs identified throughout the evolving process.
