Going to therapy comes with a lot of unknowns. My goal is to help alleviate some of that uncertainty. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who helps adolescents, adults, & families with many facets of their life. I have experience working in high level care facilities, schools, individual, & group settings. It has been an honor to walk with each and every one of my clients, as we learn and grow together. The therapy process revolves around building trust & honesty. These are two factors that I believe are crucial for the therapeutic relationship to grow.
I commit to bringing my true, authentic self to the room, because I am asking the same vulnerability of my clients. I work hard to ensure that my clients feel both validated and challenged to find balance and joy in their complex, overwhelming lives. We will bring a gentle awareness to your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to better understand YOU.
My therapeutic approach includes integrative therapy with an emphasis on Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, Exposure and Response Prevention, Brainspotting, and Internal Family Systems.
