I work with adults struggling with trauma, substance use, burnout, anxiety, and unhealthy coping patterns that leave them feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Many clients come to therapy seeking relief from painful experiences and a better understanding of how their past impacts their present. Together, we create a safe, supportive space to build insight, develop effective coping skills, and move toward greater balance, resilience, and well-being.

As a dual-diagnosis therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in trauma and substance use concerns. My approach integrates trauma-informed care, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and humanistic principles. Therapy is tailored to your unique needs, goals, and strengths.
