For the past 20 years, I've been working to help individuals, couples and families improve their mental health and experience more joy in their lives. I've successfully assisted people experiencing: anxiety; depression; trauma; mood disorders; thought disorders; grief; difficult life transitions; PTSD and more.

My approach to therapy is primarily relational, with a significant focus on cognitive behavioral techniques.

I work with each client to determine what it is you hope to gain from therapy, and then create a plan for both of us to help you get there. I have experience working with people from very diverse backgrounds.
