Courtney (Chapin) Edmonson, PsyD, MATS obtained her Doctor of Clinical Psychology from George Fox University and a Master’s of Arts degree in Theological Studies from Westminister Theological Seminary. She received a specialty in treating Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder after completing a post-doctoral fellowship at the Boise VA Medical Center, where she also received additional training in neuropsychological and psychological assessment. She is a licensed clinical psychologist in Idaho and Utah and has years of experience.
Life circumstances can be difficult or overwhelming at times. My goal is to provide a place of hope and peace in the midst of challenge or to provide clarity for questions you may have through assessment. It often takes courage to reach out and to find a provider you connect with. I'd be happy to answer any questions you may have or to assist you.
I am passionate about providing cognitive evaluations to individuals who have concerns regarding attention, memory, executive functioning, or speech/language issues. I enjoy working with older adults as well and hope to provide information relevant for aging well or decreasing the likelihood of developing dementia.
