I use a combination of motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, Sandtray play therapy, and internal family systems therapy to help my clients deal with things like depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger management, behavioral management, emotional dysregulation, relationship stress, parenting support etc.
I have always been genuinely interested in the well being and uniqueness of others around me. In therapy, I provide a warm, safe, supportive environment in which my clients are able to explore the issues and challenges they face.
