Relationship difficulties can be extremely painful and are often completely consuming. We get this- and we can help. We do counseling that gets to the root of problems and can bring lasting results. Emotionally Focused Therapy is attachment-based and well-researched. Every day we help couples, families, and individuals reach their personal goals and build strong bonds in their most important relationships. EFT is a gold standard in helping relationships and regularly used with individuals and families. Our office staff are warm and patient, and answer or return all calls & emails. They can arrange a no-cost consultation w/ me.
I am a certified Emotionally Focused Therapist and Supervisor for individual, couple & family. EFT fosters a healthier, expanded sense of self and others, and better functioning. EFT is NOT concerned with judging or taking sides. It is an active technique, backed by extensive research, and one that gets to the root of personal and relational troubles.
