I believe therapy doesn’t have to look one single way. Creativity, humor, and curiosity are welcome here, and if it feels supportive, we can integrate creative approaches into your therapy experience including artistic techniques, walk and talk therapy, etc. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I am especially passionate about working with LGBTQ+ clients and creating a space that is affirming, inclusive, and safe for all identities. My goal is to help you show up as your most honest self, amplify your true voice, and build a life that feels more aligned, authentic, and sustainable for you!
