Do you walk on eggshells around your partner or struggle with perfectionism? As a late diagnosed ADHD woman myself, I understand perfectionism, disordered eating and self-doubt. I help women get to the root of their issues so that they can rest without guilt, be connected instead of zoned out and finally feel calm, connected and like themselves again. I offer EMDR therapy and nervous system regulation techniques that rewire the brain's neural networks.

I specialize in Trauma, Body Image and Anxiety. Through the use of EMDR & nervous system strategies, I help women rewire their brain, change stuck patterns and meet their goals. I provide a safe, inclusive & LGBTQ+ friendly space for you to address your symptoms, build practical skills and empower you to be your most authentic self.

You deserve to feel seen, understood, and valued—exactly as you are. You are already more than “good enough.” Sometimes we just need a little support to finally believe it.
