I work with adults who are seeking to deepen their understanding of themselves, their relationships and increase their level of satisfaction in life. I am passionate about helping people discover or re-discover their sense of joy and unique way of being in the world. I particularly enjoy helping women process the transition into motherhood and reduce symptoms of postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety and postpartum OCD.
I believe in the healing and transformative power of art, creativity and expression in therapy sessions. I utilize expressive somatic therapy and art therapy in addition to talk therapy as a way for my clients to process and transform emotional pain as well as deepen their understanding of themselves.
Being human is extremely difficult. Often we do not receive the support necessary to navigate the complexities of our own experiences in life and that’s where therapy can come in to help. My role as your therapist is to support you with developing your own inner compass that can be a guide through the ever changing landscape of your life.

Virtual Motherhood Therapy Group
Becoming a mother is a major transition process that can take years. This group is for you if you are a new mom or a mom of a new baby (newborn to 3 years) who is seeking a nonjudgemental space to process the challenges and joys of motherhood. We will explore the developmental journey of matrescence, the transition into motherhood, through talking, drawing, writing and somatic practices. This is an online 10 week group that starts on Feb 20th, 2026. Self-pay only, $40 per session.
