Relief is possible when there's acceptance, curiosity, and courage to be honest with oneself. I work well with clients who are looking to strengthen that trust in themselves to be honest, patient, brave and accepting. I offer guidance around connecting with one's needs, boundaries, self-worth and internal sense of safety and have experience helping people navigate relationship issues such as abandonment, infidelity, co-dependency; job difficulties; and ambivalence during difficult life transitions. My overarching goal for clients is for them to have a more loving and compassionate relationship with themselves, others and their past.

I tend to work at a slow and intentional pace that proves useful for creating safety for the parts of the psyche that may be holding troubling thoughts, emotions, beliefs, or traumas. When working with clients, I draw on the diverse foundation of training and study I have received and use 'parts work', somatic, and mindfulness approaches to ease distress.
If you feel drawn to work with me, I invite you to reach out and schedule a free thirty-minute intro session. If finances are in the way of seeking and committing to help, ask me about sliding scale fees.
