I specialize in treating adults with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, narcissistic abuse, and burn out. My treatment approach is both holistic and evidenced based. I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy among other modalities.

My office is a judgment free place where people can be themselves. I believe in empowering my clients so they can live a life in accordance with what is important to them.
