I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, anxious, and stuck—even though they’re used to holding it all together. You may struggle with overthinking, burnout, difficulty resting, or the lasting effects of trauma. Even when you know something needs to change, it can feel hard to move forward.
I provide a warm, supportive, and practical approach to help you understand what’s keeping you stuck, reduce anxiety, and reconnect with yourself so you can feel more grounded, clear, and in control.
Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed or disconnected on the inside.
Using CPT, ACT, DBT, and mindfulness, I tailor therapy to your needs. Together, we’ll reduce overthinking, process what you’ve been through, and help you feel more like yourself again.
I offer in-person therapy in Little Rock as well as online therapy.
