My training is in Gestalt & Somatic therapies. I have 15 years of experience working with individuals and couples (both LGBTQIA & heterosexual), families & business partners. I also provide psychedelic integration work. My style is active and supportive. I will help you stretch yourself in ways that may feel challenging at times.
