Hi, I'm Cori! I love helping bright, capable, and sensitive people find their way to a more authentic lived experience and break out of unhealthy patterns and relationships that result from low self-worth and trauma. I completed EMDR training in 2019 and this has given me a trauma-informed orientation. Helping clients manage PTSD and other trauma symptoms is my specialty. I call my business Deep Well Journey because I believe that wellness involves a purposeful journey into the deepest parts of the self in order to tend wounds, reconnect with values, and discover unique potential.
I am passionate about providing an emotionally safe and intellectually stimulating environment for people who are feeling unfulfilled, anxious, confused, or depressed. I work particularly well with persons in medical or health professions. I have many loved ones in health related careers, so I have inside knowledge on the unique challenges in these fields.
My clients are typically curious and empathetic, have open minds and hearts, and crave authenticity and transformation.
