I love to help bright, capable, and highly sensitive people find their way to a more authentic lived experience and break out of unhealthy patterns and relationships that result from low self-worth and trauma. I completed EMDR training in 2019 and this has given me a trauma-informed orientation. I also enjoy using the Enneagram framework to help clients become more aware of patterns of personality. I call my business Deep Well Journey because I believe that wellness involves a purposeful journey into the deepest parts of the self in order to tend wounds, reconnect with values, and discover unique potential and purpose.
I am passionate about providing an emotionally safe and intellectually stimulating environment for people who are feeling unfulfilled, anxious, and depressed. It is common for me to recommend books, podcasts, and somatic exercises to supplement talk therapy.
