We are all on our own healing journey and I want to congratulate you for taking this step toward peace and wellness! This is hard and we all need a support system to help us along the way. I want to be there for you to assist you when the feelings get too much, when that sneaky trauma response appears just when you thought you met the person of your dreams, but you are now sabotaging the heck out of this new relationship and have no idea why or when life just seems to keep serving you that left hook you were not anticipating at all.

I'm HEALED! Just kidding, no one is ever 100% healed, because healing is a lifelong journey and commitment. However, I have a lifetime of experiences and practiced Social Work since I was 18 years old answering a suicide crisis line. I specialize in trauma work, family and couple counseling and have worked with children as young as three & adults up to 80!

I can promise that the time spent with me will be a sacred space that is spent dedicated to you. Together, we will find relief for your pain whether it is through talk therapy, somatic exercises, or meditation and mindfulness. I will be a safe place to land with no judgement... trust me, been there, done that!

My go-to therapy model was CBT in the past however I do still utilize it; I am finding myself more & more relying on nervous system regulation through breath work and somatic movement in my sessions. By learning to regulate the nervous system, the body begins to feel safer. Breathing slows, muscles soften, & the brain can access areas responsible for reflection, connection, and problem-solving.
