I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have an MA from La Salle University in Professional Clinical Counseling. I work with adults, in individual, couples, and group formats, on a wide array of concerns. Substance use disorder, trauma, depression, relationship problems, LGBTQ concerns, anxiety are a focus. I provide Supervision for LPCs in training.

Mom's group
This group is aimed at supporting and empowering people who identify as moms. Relationship concerns, individual stress, balancing responsibilities, difficulties with lost identity in parenthood are a few of the topics that will be explored. Engage with other parents who have similar experiences and those with different experiences and helping each other recognize that we are all in it together!
