My therapeutic approach is integrative, blending evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, IFS, Integral Sound Healing, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Gottman Method, EFT , sex therapy and Mindfulness to meet each client’s unique needs. I work with adults, couples, and groups seeking support for anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and personal growth. An intake session is the first meeting where we begin to build a foundation for therapy. During this session, I gather information about your history, current concerns, goals, and what has brought you to seek support at this time.
