I specialize in the treatment of adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, grief/loss, and other emotional challenges. I incorporate various therapeutic approaches into my practice including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Buddhist Psychology, and Positive Psychotherapy.
During the therapy process, we work together to explore how life experiences have affected your thoughts, feelings, and behavior. Through emotional exploration and application of evidenced-based treatment, I will help you heal psychological wounds, gain resilience, and attain the fulfilling life that you deserve.
