As a holistic psychotherapist, I strive to assist clients find wholeness where they may feel fragmented. I invite all parts of you to therapy. The parts that may be hiding, fearful, or even curious. I believe that whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, a life transition, or trauma, there is intelligence in each of those parts that I welcome as a psychotherapist. Some modalities I enjoy working with are cognitive behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic therapy with a somatic approach. The goal is to find the mental and emotional underpinnings, which can assist us in finding the root causes of the issues at hand. For in-person clients, I use eco-psychology outdoor sessions to draw upon nature and spirituality.
