As a holistic psychotherapist, I strive to assist clients in finding wholeness where they may feel fragmented. I invite all parts of you to therapy. The parts that may be hiding, fearful, or even curious. I believe that whether you are experiencing anxiety, a life transition, or trauma, there is intelligence in each of those parts that I welcome. A modality I enjoy working with is trauma therapy called Brainspotting. I combine this with a somatic process of awareness and may blend CBT to address issues holistically. For in-person clients, I offer eco-psychology/eco-spirituality outdoor sessions to draw upon nature and spirituality as an ally to your healing.
