Stress can be caused by many things: change, relationships, work, health, or trauma, to name a few. However it develops, it can take its toll on you physically and emotionally when not managed. I will help you cope with the emotional, physical, and social challenges of handling everyday stress, healing from a traumatic event, living with a medical condition (e.g., chronic pain/headaches, illness), or adjusting to a loved one's illness. I know people are resilient, and I will work with you to keep stress a manageable part of your life, instead of your entire identity.

I incorporate traditional insight-oriented therapy with modern techniques proven to work, such as mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, and other cognitive-behavioral strategies.
