My ideal client feels stuck emotionally, relationally, or in patterns that no longer serve them. They may carry anxiety, shame, depression, trauma, or struggle with boundaries, people-pleasing, or unresolved wounds from childhood, family systems, or faith communities. Deep down, they long to be truly seen, known, and supported. They’re ready for change and are seeking a safe space to process their story, reconnect with themselves, and move toward greater freedom, healing, and authenticity.
I help individuals and couples navigate anxiety, depression, PTSD, attachment wounds, family of origin issues, and life transitions. I use a trauma-informed, psychodynamic approach with somatic awareness and story integration. I offer a sacred, emotionally safe space and gently integrate spirituality when desired.
You don’t have to navigate this journey alone. If you’re carrying heavy emotions or questioning how to move forward, I want you to know there is hope and help. You deserve a space where your story matters, your pain is honored, and healing feels possible. I’d be honored to walk with you as you reclaim your voice, rebuild trust in yourself, and move forward.
