This is a eight-week group for individuals with problems falling and staying asleep and for people who wish to reduce or eliminate sleep medication. Goals: 1) Understand and change thoughts and behaviors that don't let you fall asleep 2) Acquire new lifestyle behaviors that improve sleep 3) Control stress and anxiety during the day. 4). Relax and prepare for sounder sleep. 5) know what to do when you wake up in the middle of the night. 6) taper, reduce and eliminate sleep medication. Individual initial consultation is required for group enrollment. September 29- November 17.
Neuro-psycho-spiritual faith-based support group on Zoom. Not a psychotherapy group. Based on the Christian principle of God is love, love, support, encourage and, most of all, do not judge. For people who want to go beyond the results of psychotherapy into complete healing through letting go of all hurts. The only requirement is your willingness to start, work the steps and pray. You receive my support, guidance and encouragement. Great complement for individual coaching and psychotherapy 7 Thursdays, starts 3/26/20. $ 50/ session is waved for this group only.
