Are you tired of the struggle to create and maintain fulfilling relationships within yourself and with others? Do you feel different after the pandemic? Through anxiety & energy management, individual psychotherapy and inter-generational life coaching & parenting, focused on a highly tailored approach of integrating mind and heart, body and soul, you will get to the root of your problems and become confident in your ability to change and heal. My approach is holistic, integrating talk, somatic therapy, and alternative techniques that target your brain and heart directly (HeartMath biofeedback). Between sessions you can use TLP, a neuroscience-based music listening therapy. You will learn to decrease stress at will, sleep better, reduce pain, be resilient, and expand into the future you long for.

I work with a diversity of issues: stress, anxiety, insomnia, relationships, life transitions, career changes, trauma, intergenerational trauma, forgiveness and Christian spirituality. I will not give you fish, but I will teach you how to fish. You will have my support in moving ahead towards your dreams. I will be honored to be part of your healing journey.

This is a group for individuals with high daily stress, and problems falling and staying asleep. Goals: 1) Understand and change mindset, thoughts and behaviors that don't let you fall asleep 2) Acquire new lifestyle behaviors that improve sleep 3) Control stress and anxiety during the day. 4). Relax and prepare for sounder sleep. 5) know what to do when you wake up in the middle of the night. MInd/body approach. Based on CBT-I, Sounder Sleep Systems and Integrative Body Psychotherapy.
