I have extensive experience in obesity, binge eating disorder, weight loss surgery, as well as sports psychology, anxiety and mood disorders.
My undergraduate education in Health and Sport Studies (Miami University, OH) laid the foundation for a holistic approach to wellness. Graduate studies in Counseling Psychology (Boston College) provided my training in contemporary counseling. I have experience in emergency departments, hospitals, community counseling agencies and research settings.
My approach to psychotherapy is very simple... it's all relative! What matters to you and how it effects your life is most important in treatment. I use a variety of techniques while working with you to meet your goals.
