There are many reasons someone seeks therapy. Whether it is from years of not feeling good enough or a life changing event, I can provide clarity, help you develop a better understanding of yourself, as well as help you to process trauma. By building an understanding of each part of the self and how the mind and body interplay, we can lessen traumatic and unwanted responses and build self-reliance and self-worth. I have a collaborative, holistic, and solution minded approach to therapy. I specialize in working with those who are neurodivergent and/or members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I utilize the relationship between the body and mind to help clients process traumatic events through somatic and/or EMDR approaches. I am fully trained in EMDR and use it regularly.
