Hi, I’m Corie. I’m a practicum counseling student offering person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based support for youth, families, and adults.
I believe healing begins with curiosity and awareness. Together we’ll explore what no longer serves you, what you may be ready to release, and what parts of you are asking to grow. My aim is for you to feel safe, grounded, and comfortable being fully yourself in our sessions.
I bring several years of hands-on experience in youth mental health as a Youth and Family Counselor, Mental Health Outreach Counselor, and Student Assistance Professional. I hold a Bachelor of Child and Youth Care from the University of Victoria and am completing a Master’s in Counseling Psychology at Yorkville University.
I bring a calm, gentle presence, using warmth and humor to support connection. I work with adults, youth, and families and am excited to broaden the communities I serve.
