I am a therapist with an integrative style that personalizes skills, strategies and supports to meet the needs of the individual I am serving. I provide care for clients with a variety of mental health concerns, and I am comfortable treating children, teens, adults, and families.
I’m a Registered Nurse and a Clinical Social Worker, and my 15 years of clinical experience span outpatient and inpatient psychiatric care, as well as crisis, palliative care, and school-based mental health. I strive to offer trauma-informed, thoughtful, collaborative care in a nonjudgmental, accepting, and supportive environment.
The first session will be an intake, during which we will explore your strengths, challenges, values, and lived experience. I will be asking you about your goals for therapy. This sets the groundwork for your therapy sessions, where we will work towards your desired change.
The balance between support and empathy with coaching in coping skills is the backbone of my practice. I bring empathy, clinical expertise, openness, compassion, creativity, and lightness to my work with clients.
