Men's Group
Our men’s process group therapy offers a unique environment for change and healing. Each participant identifies their own goal: rebuilding trust in my marriage, lowering anger and anxiety in the workplace, overcoming pornography and sexuality challenges, stopping compulsive behaviors, ect. By gaining insight from peers, and specific tools from your therapist, these groups become a supportive community to aid you toward your goal for growth. Our group is geared toward men who have established careers, full lives, and who recognize the need to carve out time to figure some things out.
