Sometimes we get stuck...in patterns that don't serve us, relationships that don't feel fulfilling, or even stuck with unhelpful thoughts. If you are dealing with anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma, challenges in relationships or life transitions, it can feel difficult to imagine relief. We all have within us the innate capacity to heal from difficult experiences and we deserve to be seen and cared for as our authentic selves. Deciding to explore ways to shift our story and opening up to the possibility of feeling less burdened, is a remarkable step!
I have been working with adolescents and adults in a variety of environments for nearly two decades; across all environments I have found profound value in providing a space where someone feels seen, heard, and not judged. I have a strengths-based, person-centered approach; I am also trained in EMDR and enjoy incorporating somatic therapeutic practices.
I am so glad you are here! It takes an immense amount of courage to ask for help, especially when our lives are so often moving quickly from one thing to the next, without time to pause and process what we experience. I would be honored to provide a space where you can find room to breathe again.
