About
As a clinical and forensic psychologist, I have had the immense pleasure of working with a range of clients across various settings who have experienced significant trauma, physical and/or sexual violence, grief and loss, and suffer from issues such as anxiety and depression as a result of those traumas. I also specialize in and I am extremely passionate about worth/self-love/ self-esteem issues, identity concerns, LGBTQ+ concerns, relationship issues, anger and stress management concerns, mood disorders, ADHD, PTSD, and all other psychological issues related to chronic illness.
Ultimately, it is my belief that by using a client-centered, multicultural and interdisciplinary approach to therapy, clients are empowered to take the lead on their own life. I want your personality and experiences to shine during therapy, because ultimately your perspective and personal identity will also lead to your healing and growth.
If you seek a very friendly, inviting, and supportive clinician, look no further. I specialize in building a trusting, empathic, therapeutic relationship with my clients, which in turn, helps them identify their strengths and use those strengths to cope with and manage life’s challenges.
