Hello, I’m Cori, owner of and therapist at Better Headspace.
Therapy with me is real, grounded, and collaborative. I create a space that feels comfortable and safe — not stiff or overly clinical — while also bringing strong clinical depth to our work. You don’t have to perform here. You just get to show up as you are.
My style is laid-back but intentional. I will validate you, gently challenge you when needed, and help you move forward with clarity. Clients often tell me they feel both deeply understood and supported in making real change.

My approach is trauma-informed and attachment-focused, integrating EMDR, IFS, CBT, and psychodynamic therapy. I’m eclectic by design — which means I tailor therapy to you, not the other way around. We’ll build insight, develop practical tools, and work toward deeper emotional regulation and self-understanding.
I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship patterns, and the lasting impact of early experiences. Much of our work will focus on understanding how the past shows up in the present — and how to shift those patterns in meaningful, lasting ways.
