I love to support people exploring their relationship with themselves and how that can have a positive impact on our relationship with others. I have knowledge and experience working with individuals and couples who have experienced trauma, loss, anxiety, depression, parenting, postpartum and identity issues.

I'm highly-trained as a Licensed Professional Counselor, and trained in Gottman theory and EFT for couples counseling. I am also certified in perinatal mental health counseling focusing on the unique pre/postpartum journey for woman and their partner. Using compassion and respect, I'll focus on your strengths to facilitate positive, healthy life changes.

I believe therapy is a collaborative relationship. We'll work on what's most important to you, focusing on how you want to live life and addressing what's getting in the way. I offer secure teletherapy appointments for convenience to individuals who are navigating busy schedules or cannot get away to see a therapist in person.
