So often in our lives we experience pain and distress. So often we are unprepared to handle the circumstances we are presented with. Pain affects us all, but suffering doesn’t have to. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional. I work together with my clients to improve body, mind, and soul by utilizing a holistic approach with an emphasis on your personal values. My goal is to treat the whole person, not just your symptoms.
It is my hope that we can work together to improve communication, relationship effectiveness, and self-esteem to prevent further suffering. Although we ultimately cannot stop the inevitable pain that life brings, together we can utilize your existing strengths to prevent the distress of chronic suffering.
