I use a proven therapy process called Internal Family Systems (IFS) that goes beyond talking about and managing thoughts and feelings, to a deeper place of healing. It's about transformation, not just modification. Many people who do this process are able to more quickly access a foundation of calm, confidence, and the sense of "I am okay."
