I have a diverse background with over 8 years of experience working with substance abuse and mental health clients at various levels of care (inpatient, intensive outpatient, and outpatient). This has given me the empathy understand each individual and to utilize a diverse counseling style implementing various evidence-based approaches.
My life both personally and professionally has provided me the chance to see what people are like when they are not burdened by negative thinking or judgement. I've learned we all have great value, which we can use to improve our lives.
