If you are struggling with identity, trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, depression, self-esteem or burnout, I’d love to help you feel better. My therapeutic style is collaborative and client-centered. My approach is rooted in empathy, inclusivity, and a deep respect for individual experiences, combining current concerns with past experiences to target your desired future outcomes. My work is also interpersonal and involves honest and vulnerable conversations around how we're both "showing up" in session.

As a queer individual and self-identified nerd, I have a strong interest in working with the LGBTQ+ and geek/nerd communities to help explore how our various identities intersect with our sense of self and impact current life circumstances. I spent a decade working in higher education, and have also worked at the Montrose Center and the Menninger Clinic.

When not counseling, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two goldendoodles, and cat. I’m also an avid volleyball player, anime/comic book nerd, and collector of hobbies. Rainbow Reflections is an ongoing virtual LGBTQ+ adult process group for Texas residents. This is a relational, participant-led group focused on emotional processing, identity exploration, attachment patterns, and interpersonal insight rather than psychoeducation or skills training. The group may be a strong fit for LGBTQ+ adults who: feel isolated despite individual therapy; struggle with relational or attachment patterns; would benefit from corrective emotional experiences; or are seeking deeper connection and community. $75
