Hi, welcome to my page, I’m Coreen — a dedicated and compassionate therapist committed to providing high-quality care for individuals and families from all walks of life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, Existential Therapy, and play-based techniques. I work with children, teens,
couples, and families (ages 5 - 65+). My areas of focus include: child and adolescent therapy, couples and family counseling, relationship concerns, grief and loss, anxiety and depression, self-esteem and identity, emotional regulation/stress management, ADHD/ADD, life transitions, career and school-related challenges, student-athletes, body image, an more.
